Cafe reopening May 31, 2024.

The Gatherings Cafe is a community-embraced cafe that encourages living healthy, eating healthy, and education through ancestral knowledge.

The cafe serves fresh, locally grown foods that are Indigenous and prepared in healthy ways. Based in the Minneapolis American Indian Center, the Gatherings Cafe is in the heart of the urban Native community in Minneapolis.

The cafe is reopening in a new, expanded space after being closed for renovations.

Gatherings Cafe is opening its doors again in a new expanded space. The cafe was closed while its home, the Minneapolis American Indian Center, underwent a historic renovation. We appreciated the support as we reduced operations during that time. We are excited to open to the community again starting Friday, May 31. Miigwech / Pidámayaye!

Hours

Gatherings Cafe will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. after May 31.
