ICWA COLLABORATIVE CASE MANAGER


Will promote and support reunification among Native American families entering the Child in Need of Protection
Services (CHIPS) system by providing intensive case management and coordination of resource services.

The Case Manager will assist the family to understand the court proceedings, and court hearings, coordinate and
collaborate with Hennepin county and make recommendations for a realistic culturally specific case plan.
Help and support the family to engage in their case plan-working for family stability or a permanent plan for reunification.
