The Case Manager will assist the family to understand the
court proceedings, and court hearings, coordinate and
collaborate with Hennepin
county and make recommendations for a realistic culturally specific case plan.
Help and support the family to engage in their case plan-working for family
stability or a permanent plan for reunification.
