Boozhoo/Hau/Haŋ/Hello Relatives,

We are celebrating our Commercial Tobacco-Free Grounds Policy at the Minneapolis American Indian Center.

Bring your relatives, families, friends, and youths. We will be having art activities and fitness activities, raffle prizes, performances by Prevention through Cultural Awareness along with many more performers, a feast catered by Gatherings Cafe, and many more wonderful things to do. Come celebrate with us and be a part of a bigger change for our future generations.

Traditional tobacco is known as “Asemma” to the Ojibwe and Anishinaabe and as “Can-sa-sa” to the Dakota and Lakota (American Indian Quitline Services).
