This program is provided by Senior Dining Choices, a service of Optage, the home and community division of Presbyterian Homes & Services.

Services:

• Healthy lunch served Monday through Fridays (excluding Holidays) from 11:30 to 12:30 in the Seniors Congregate Dining Center (Seniors must arrive by noon, and be registered with the program to eat)
• Transportation available for those in our transportation service area (contact Ken Danielson 612.879.1747 for eligibility)

Eligibility:

• Must be age 60 or older
• Must be registered with the Minneapolis American Indian Center’s Congregate Dining Program
• Open to individuals of all races or ethnic backgrounds
