Two Rivers Gallery Art Consultant 

 
Position Summary: 
The Minneapolis American Indian Center (MAIC)’s Two Rivers Art Gallery showcases art by local American Indian artists.  The contracted Two Rivers Art Gallery Manager will plan, organize and present exhibitions and shows, both in-person and virtually.  The Art Gallery Manager will work with local artists for individual and collaborative shows.

MAIC Associate Director

 
Position Summary: 
Working closely with the Executive Director and in partnership with our MAIC team, the Associate Director is responsible for strong organizational systems, program development and management, supervising outside contract support, assistance in writing foundation grant proposals and reports, communicating with members, and helping build the infrastructure necessary for our overall financial management.

Tribal Liaison

 
Position Summary:
Currently we are hiring for a Tribal Liaison in the ICWA program at MAIC.  Our Tribal Liaisons work directly with out of state tribes to provide court recommendations on behalf of the tribe and assist Native American families who have child protection cases in metro area counties.  The Tribal Liaison work with families who are eligible with tribes out of the state of MN, which provides a unique job experience and opportunity to learn about many different tribes across the US.   Experience with ICWA, or social service experience is preferred.  Degree in social services related field or at least two years experience required.
