Counseling, assists participants in realistically assessing their needs, abilities and potential by providing guidance in the development of goals and the steps to achieve them

Job Development/Placement, services include: 

  1. counseling the participant on job seeking skills; 
  2. assessing participants needs, skills and job potential;
  3. matching participants with available jobs;
  4. providing referrals to jobs; and, 
  5. verifying the results of the referrals.
Supportive services provides assistance to eligible individuals who cannot afford to pay for such services in overcoming personal or environmental barriers which inhibit their employability.

Post Placement Services: Continuing services may be provided, as appropriate, to terminated participants who have been placed in unsubsidized employment. These services may be provided during the (30) day period following a participants termination (successful completion) from the program.
